Inn on the Beach are the condos located on the south end of Longboat Key. Many of these condos are in the rental program at the Resort at the Longboat Key Club. Owners are not required to place their condo in the rental program. If they do they receive 50% of the rental income that the resort generates from the unit. Owners are still responsible for property taxes, insurance and condo maintenance fees. This might be a great option for those looking to own a condo in a resort environment and at the same time receive some income to offset some of the expenses of ownership.
